  1. DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
  2. ---------------------
  3. 1. Create a temporary directory called MADDEMO on your hard drive.
  4. 2. Download/save the demo file (MADDEN.EXE) to the MADDEMO directory.
  5. 3. When you have finished downloading the file, go to the DOS Prompt
  6.    and move to the MADDEMO directory.
  7. 4. Type MADDEN to begin extracting the installation files.
  8. 5. When extraction is complete, type INSTALL to install the Madden
  9.    NFL 97 demo.
  10. 6. The installation creates a \MADDEN directory on your current drive.
  11.  
  12. *  To set up your sound card and joystick, type SETUP from the \MADDEN
  13.    directory and follow the onscreen instructions.
  14. *  To start the demo, type MADDEN from the \MADDEN directory.
  15.    The Game Setup screen appears. Choose the number of players and
  16.    type of controllers, then click RETURN.
